Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days). Tracking is provided via email upon shipment.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. There is no Señor 17 branding on the outside of the package. Inside, your compound arrives in our signature holographic mylar pouch.

Geographic Coverage

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and may reship at our discretion.
